Rickie Allen Marks Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rickie Allen Marks of Shinnston, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 24, 2025 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Marks and Anna Marie Edwards Marks; his wife Debra Marks; his siblings, Lloyd Marks, Roylee Marks and Patty June; his grandson Trey Higginbotham; his father-in-law Ed Leggett; and his brother-in-law Ralph Leggett.
He is survived by: his children, Rickie Marks Jr. (Angie Fitzwater) of Clarksburg, Ryan A. Marks (Amy) of Shinnston, Drucilla Shaw of Lumberport and Renay Marks of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Corey (Tosh), Cody (Kourtney), Lindsay (Dylan), Dustin (Camylle), Emma, Darren (Nellie), Leah (Chase), Lydia (James), Amelia, Shyann (Seth) and Madysen (Joey); his great grandchildren, Oakleigh, Theo, Bailey, Bowen and Brynlee; and his siblings, Delmas Marks (Mary) of Buckhannon, Judy Miller (George) of Shinnston, Lyvonne Cunningham (Frank) of Bridgeport, Francis Flowers (Ed) of Bridgeport, Louise Marks of Shinnston, Clyde Marks of Clarksburg and Timmy Marks of Barbour Co. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
