We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Jay Luther Neely of Short Gap, West Virginia, born in Moundsville, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Christopher Neely and Sada Neely (Wayson); his wife Mildred Neely; his siblings, Christina Snyder, Patricia Metz and George Neely; and his stepdaughter Deborah Drenning.

He is survived by : his stepdaughters, Regena Miller and Angela Williams. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren; 12 step-great grandchildren; and 7 step-great-great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Neely's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or to the American Cancer Society, 1050 E Industrial Blvd #3, Cumberland, MD 21502.
