He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frederick and Lillian Leona Price (Chaney); and his siblings, William F. "Billy" Price, Jr., Ronald Lee "Ronnie" Price and Delores Jean "Jeannie" Robertson.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Price (Borror); his children, Richard Scott Price (Karon), Paula Jean Price-Thomas (Mike) and Amy Lynn Williams (Cliff); his grandchildren, Amanda (Derrick), Johnny, Nicholas, Jessi, Brody, Kane and Jax; his great grandchildren, Chase, Olivia, Kati, Brayden, Remi, Raylynn, Aubrey, Ollie and Emerson; and his siblings, Norma Shanholtzer, Anna Wheeler (Mike) and Donald Price.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (15205 McMullen Hwy SW, Cresaptown, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be mailed to WVU Cancer Institute Office of Philanthropy, PO Box 9300, Morgantown, WV 26505 (WVUCancer.org/Giving) in honor of Paul's memory.
