He was predeceased by: his father Roy Paul Moreland; and his wife Bonnie Sue Moreland (Riffle). He is survived by: his mother Ellen Moreland (Flora); his daughter Jenny; his granddaughter Harlyn Grace; and his siblings, Roger Moreland (Cathy), Rhonda Via (Steve) and Ranae Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
