He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Ottie Velti Morris (Moore); his wife Gladys I. Morris; his siblings, Elizabeth Courtney, Mary Turoczy, Charles "Bud" Morris and Anna Lee; his son-in-law Thomas L. Davis Jr.; his granddaughter Nikki L. Jaquay; and his stepgreat-grandson Christopher Davis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mildred E. Davis of Simpson and Karen Sue White (Gary) of Wheeling; his grandson Daniel Paul Davis (Casey) of Shinnston; his great grandchild Gage Jaquay of Bellaire, OH; his stepgrandchildren, Harry Davis (Tammy) of Simpson and Diana Davis; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brianna Reed (Nate), Abby Davis, Christopher Whitehair and Renee Whitehair; and his great grandchildren, Isabella and Andrew Reed. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home (950 George Washington Hwy, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
