He is survived by: his sister Sue Gillette of Portsmouth, VA; his children, Michael McCormick of Sinks Grove and Cathy Hylton (Don) of Ronceverte; his grandchildren, Jason Hylton (Leah) of Ronceverte, Sara White (Trent) of Sinks Grove and Megan Ivins (Charles) of Lexington, VA; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Chase, Autumn, Seth Hylton, Abigail, Lane, Colton, Chloe White, Jacob, Hannah and Audrey Ivins.
