He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Gill Skinner; his children, Richard Skinner (Kimberly) of Organ Cave, WV and Cathy Wiseman of Gap Mills, WV; his grandchildren, Lori Belisle (Colby) of Gap Mills, Austin Wiseman of Gap Mills, Heather Wiseman of Gap Mills, Lucas Skinner (Lindsey) of Union, Lane Skinner (Brianna) of Pickaway and Kristen Geary (Mark) of Mt. Nebo; his great grandchildren, Oakley, Rowan, Chase, Avalynn and Mark III; his siblings, Keith Skinner of Junior, WV, Janet Arbogast of Kingwood, WV and Joan Waid; and his close friend Todd Belcher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, church family, and friends.
