We are sad to announce that, on January 8, 2026, at the age of 85, Anna Mae Hissom of Sissonville, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Lee Atkisson and Mary Atkisson; her husband Byron Rolf Hissom; and her brother Alfred Ray. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Rolf Hissom Jr. (Judy) and John Paul Hissom (Patti); her sisters, Ruby Fae Kessell and Brenda Kay Morris; her grandchildren, Nathaniel (Sara), Geoffrey, Andrew (Lori), Elizabeth (Matt), Josef, Matthew and Emily (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Brooklyn, Sawyer, Stetson and Iris.
