He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbie Gilbert and Barcie Mae Fisher (Bailey); his wife Leona Fisher (Good); his son Thomas Arthur Fisher; and his grandchildren, Michael Walker and Connie Berry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Price (Terry), Debbie Walker (Mike) and Connie Garnes; his grandchildren, Tonya Criser (Brent), Jason Fisher (Sarah), Kristie Starr, John Price, Ashley Price, Keri Walker, Nathan Garnes (Renae) and Lindsay Walker (Adam); his great grandchildren, Audra Price, Austyn Price, Carly Hatfield (Ethan), Adam Criser, Jayna Criser, Shelby Criser, Ben Walker, Branson Walker, Sophia Pomeroy, Sawyer Pomeroy, Shane Walker, Jocelyn Berry, Cody Fisher, Thomas Fisher, Aiden Painter and Peyton Painter; his great great grandchild Luke Hatfield; and his siblings, Gilbert Fisher and Velda Garnes (Gary Jones).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Waybright Funeral Home (511 S Church St, Ripley, WV 25271). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Arthur's memory to the Sissonville Public Library, HospiceCare or the Sissonville Lions Club.
