With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Elaine Fields of Sissonville, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2025 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Elaine Fields to pay them a last tribute.
Though Carol Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carol Elaine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulen Good and Rosalie Boggess; and also Karen Summers. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Jones (David) and Gary Fields Jr. (Tessie Lynn Cooper); and her sister Sandy Asbury.
A reception was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Long and Fisher Funeral Home (6837 Sissonville Dr, Charleston, WV 25320).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hubbard House in Charleston, WV in her name would be greatly appreciated.
