She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Francis and Madeline May Filbert. She is survived by: her husband Edward B. Howell; her daughters, Rachel Paswa and Abigail Howell; her granddaughters, Lilly Nichols and Kenzie Paswa; and her brother Robert Filbert.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Valley Church (600 4th Ave, Paden City, WV 26159).
