She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Mayfield and Martha Stacy Mayfield; her husband Bill Martin; her daughter Brenda Surface; and her siblings, Robert Mayfield, Dortha Mae Hohne and Ruth Ann Keller.
She is survived by : her daughter Rhonda Logan (Rick) of Sistersville, WV; and her grandchildren, Melissa Whitacre (Dan), Craig Surface (Brittany), Josh Logan (Lynea) and Shayna Foland (Andrew Vannoy). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
