It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Barnhart of Sistersville, West Virginia, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard C. Barnhart and Ethel Huffman Barnhart; his wife Margaret Joan Howell; his sons, Timothy Barnhart and Richard Barnhart; and his brothers, Roy Barnhart and William Barnhart.

He is survived by : his daughters, Karla Weekley (Dick) of Sistersville, WV and Debra Pandelos of Bridgeport, OH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
