He was predeceased by: his parents, George Melvin and Louise Melvin; and his brother David Timothy Melvin (Tina). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Melvin; his daughter Nicole Melvin; and his siblings, Carol Rodriguez, Michael Melvin (Pamela) and Cheryl Stinson.
