She is survived by: her children, Susan Doss (Mark) of Lester, WV and David Mills (Lesli) of Sophia, WV; her brother Ronald Hayworth (Debbie) of Petersburg, WV; and her grandchildren, Derek Tanner of Sophia, Skylar Martin of Sophia, Kaylea Martin of Sophia, Titan Dunbar of Glen Daniel, Christien "Turtle" Mills of Lewisburg, Parker Withrow of Midway and Landyn Withrow of Midway.
