Though Dinah Kay may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hawley and Lizzy Hawley; and her siblings, Junior, Gloria Mae Johnson and Pat Binion.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Lacy; her son Scotty Walker of Turtle Creek, WV; her grandson Wesley Walker of Turtle Creek, WV; and her sister Phyllis Arbogast of Elkview, WV. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
