He is survived by: his mother Shirley Pritt Butterworth of Sophia, WV; his cousins, Lee Duncan (Hunter Bonds) of Sophia and Laura (Eugene Gardner) of Glen Jean; his uncle Roger Butterworth of Beckley; and his cousins, Cheyanne, Cody, Kaylee, Jaxon and Gabriel.
