She was predeceased by: her mother Gloria Richardson Griffith; her husband Donald Barr; and her brother Larry Richardson. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Barr of Sophia and Susie Barr of Midway; her granddaughter Katelynn Whitt (B. J. Tingler); her great grandchild Parker Tingler of Crab Orchard; and her siblings-in-law, Roy Johnson of Sophia and Connie Cadle of Charleston.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Amos E. Quesenberry Peace Chapel of Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
