He is survived by: his wife Connie Hayworth Bailey; his children, Todd Bailey (Heather) of White Oak, Erin Calloway (Jeremy) of Pittsburgh, PA, Susan Doss (Mark) of Sophia and David Mills (Lesli) of Sophia; and his grandchildren, Isaac Smith, Hailey Bailey, Iris Calloway, Sophia Calloway, Derek Tanner, Skylar "Worm" Martin of Kaylea, Martin, Titan Dunbar, Landyn Withrow, Parker Withrow and Christien "Turtle" Mills.
