Kenneth Eugene Lybarger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2025, at the age of 70, Kenneth Eugene Lybarger of Southside, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lybarger-Starling and Julia Lybarger-Starling (Johnson); and his son Keith Whittington. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Lybarger (Whittington); his daughters, Michele Keesling (Larry) of Fries, VA and Jennifer Jeffers of Fries, VA; his grandchildren, Josh, Jacob, Katlynn, Todd, Travis and Nathan; and his brother Ray Starling. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home (2226 Jackson Ave, Point Pleasant, WV 25550). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
