He is survived by: his parents, Frank Tate and Linda Allowatt Tate; his stepfather Robert Smith; his siblings, Mickey Tate (Gina) and Christie Broadwater (Rusty); his nieces and nephews, Anthony, Nicky, Sofia Tate and Clay Broadwater (Cara); his great-niece Layla Broadwater; his niece Kaylyn Wiseman (Kyle); and his uncle John Allowatt (Quinn).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harmer Funeral Home (300 Pike St, Shinnston, WV 26431). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
