She was predeceased by : her parents, Chester Curtin and Margaret Goad Dodd; and her husband Joe A. Starcher. She is survived by : her children, William Jennings "Jay" Starcher (Janet) of Spencer, Deborah Ann "Debbie" Dye (Bruce) of Spencer and Joe Allen "Joey" Starcher, Jr. (Keri) of Ripley; and her siblings, Chester C. Dodd, Jr. of Charleston, Steven Dodd of Hendersonville, N. C. and Margaret Barnes of Greenville, S. C.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, four step grandchildren and four step great grandchildren.
