He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Ernest Hugh and Nettie Jeanette Reaser Hayhurst; his parents, Woodrow Sharp and Ora Sharp; and his siblings, Rader Sharp and Goldie Mae Sharp.
He is survived by: his sisters, Susie Stutler of Belpre, OH, Olie Sharp (James Sharp) of Crossville, TN, Pauline Freeman (Truman Sharp) of Troy, NC, Mary Gilespie of Parkersburg and Brenda Keiffer of Charleston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home (406 Market St, Spencer, WV 25276).
