She was predeceased by: her parents, James Keffer and Wilda Keffer (Knopp); her grandparents, Icy and Elmer Knopp; her aunts and uncles, Eulalah Weadock, Hettie Knopp, Mardell Stewart (Paul), Evelyn Rhodes (Frank), Girtha Matheny (Harrison), Waitman and Olen Knopp; her siblings, Henry, Alfred (Betty), Arlie (Evelyn), Austin (Trudy), Eleanor Miller (Norville) and Eileen Lee; her nephew Nick Keffer; her nieces, Robin Keffer and Sue Miller; and her great grandchild Thadion Carter.
She is survived by: her husband Randall Mullen; her son Scott Anthony; and her granddaughters, Sara McDowell (Charles) and Tara Preston (Jim).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home (406 Market St, Spencer, WV 25276). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
