With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Elliott of Spencer, West Virginia, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 5, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth James and AnnaBelle Douglas Elliott; and his former life partner Nancy Elliott. He is survived by : his wife Katie Elliott of Spencer; his sons, Jason Elliott (Crystal) of Spencer and Craig Elliott of Sistersville; his grandchildren, Colten Elliott, Madeline Elliott, Cora Elliott, Danielle Richmond, Anna Lohri, Wyatt Howell, Jason Campbell, Tyler, Wesley and Alexis; his great grandchildren, Adalynn, Oliver, Ethel and Rebekah; his stepdaughter Oneida Westfall of Vienna; his siblings, John Elliott (Linda), George Elliott (Marilyn), Ted Elliott (Sue) and Trish Elliott (Jerry); and his close friend Denny (Rhonda Louder). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
