He is survived by: his sons, Richard Todd Williams (Trisha Lynn) of Reedy and Russell Eric Williams (Katrina Kay) of Spencer; his grandchildren, James Donovan Williams and Sierrista Nicole Powell; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Dakota, Jake and Poptart; his siblings, Roger Dale Williams (Millie) of Elizabeth and Carol Bottenfield of Parkersburg; his stepchildren, Sandi Smith (Floyd) of Davisville, Debbie Malnar (A. J.) of Smithville, Randy Wilson of Glenville and Mike Wilson (Carol) of Smithville; and his close friend Ellen Capelety. He is also survived by six step grandchildren and 12 step great grandchildren.
