He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Paxton and Delma Jones Paxton; and his granddaughter Allison "Allie" Paige Brannon. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Huffman Paxton; his children, Curtis Paxton (Heather) of Reedy, W. Va, Tina Brannon (David) of Chloe and Cindy Casto (Pete) of Kenna; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Brannon, Logan Paxton, Colton Paxton and Levi Casto.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Clover Cemetery (3622 Clay Rd, Spencer, WV 25276).
