She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver King and Verbie King; her husband Steve Whiting; her grandson Gabriel Whiting; her stepgrandson Tyler King; and her siblings, Basil King, Vaughn King, Benny King and Sharon Farley.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Whiting, Randy Whiting (Donna) and Gary Whiting (Lisa); her grandchildren, Brandyn Whiting (Corie), Amanda Balatbat (Janus), Devin Whiting, Gara Whiting, Rustan Whiting (Kaitlin) and Cole Whiting; her stepgrandchildren, Jocelyn Hamilton (Luke), Ali Cunningham, Alyssa Whiting, Jacob Fields and Derek Fields; her great grandchildren, Lily Whiting, Brock Whiting, Ariella Domigpe, Clara Balatbat, Thea Balatbat, Kyson Boles, Westan Whiting and Stetsan Whiting; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Brooke Hamilton, Eli Hamilton, Lainey Hamilton, Hayden Grether, Charlie Grether, Octavia Fields, Aria Fields, Acie Fields and Johnny Adkins; her sister Sammie Drake (Charlotte); and her close friend Joyce Anderson.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Boggs Fork Community Church (1050 Boggs Fork, Spencer, WV 25276).
