He was predeceased by: his parents, Auldie Hatfield and Edna Hatfield (Biliter); his former wife Peggy Jean Fraley; and his son-in-law Jimmy Dale Varney. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne "Bonnie" Hatfield (Workman) of Sprigg, WV.; his children, Dianna Lynn Varney of Columbus, OH, Sherri Elaine Tilley of Inez, KY, Rhonda Leann Vickers (Ryan) of Huntington, WV and Ricky William Martin (Michelle) of Blue Ridge, VA; and his grandchildren, James Derek Varney (Stefanie) of Columbus, OH, Tennyson Garett Varney (Maria) of Columbus, OH, Elijah Anthony Varney (Molly) of Columbus, OH, Ryan Keith Tilley (Samantha) of Warfield, KY, Casey Nicole Holyfield (James) of Maher, WV, Liam Jace Vickers, Levi Elliott Vickers of Huntington, WV and Jax Issac Martin of Blue Ridge, VA.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter, and a host of extended family and friends.
