He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Perrett and Mary Perrett (Radice); his siblings, Madaline Kreslick, Michelle Perrett, Michael Perrett and Barbara Ann Perrett; his parents-in-law, George Murphy and Anne Murphy; and his siblings-in-law, Brian Murphy and Tara Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Marianne "Murphy" Perrett; his daughters, Denise Downs (Jeff) and Nikki Deitrich (Eric); his granddaughters, Jessica Roberts (Jacob) and Scarlet Deitrich; his siblings-in-law, Cathy O'Connell (Jim), Margaret Myers, Sheila Kehoe (Tim), Sean Murphy and Karen Murphy; and his nieces and nephews, Debbie Borichevsky (Greg) and Stacey Walker (Frank).
