He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Smith and Christine. He is survived by: his wife Janie; his daughter Holly Smith (Dustin); his sisters, Sue Mullins (Tommy) and Christy Lilly (Tom); Roger Harding. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Steve fought a long, difficult battle with both cancer and Parkinson's, so in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Southern West Virginia, The American Cancer Society, the Parkinson's Foundation, or Gideons International.
