She was predeceased by: her parents, John McCoy and Maude McCoy; her husband Millard Guy Fortner; and her siblings, Margarette Drake, Olive Lucas and Harry McCoy.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Connie) and Judy Bibbee of Charleston; her grandchildren, Keith Tomblin (Denise), Thaddeus Fortner (Niki), Andrew Fortner, Michelle Dodd (Daniel), Melinda Bibbee and Jason Bibbee; her great grandchildren, Dominic, Ashton, Channing, Sebastian, Shepard and Charlette; and her great great grandchild Laramie.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in her honor be made to Stollings Christian Church, P.O. Box 402, Stollings, WV 25646.
