He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Bloom and Geraldine "Gerry" McKinney McCloy; his sister Sharon Richards; and his siblings-in-law, Jean McCloy, John Farley and Harold Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Chrystal Heck McCloy; his children, Justin White (Brittany) of Stonewood, Jon White (Chelsea) of Pittsburgh, Trista Bouwens (Mike) of Grafton, Nickie Coffman (Andrew) of Clarksburg and Sammi Bradley (Josh) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Julian, Bentley, Finn, Roya, Seth, Andi, Jenna, Avery, Adaline, Axel, Rylee, Kole and Hayden; and his siblings, Bill McCloy of Clarksburg, Rod McCloy of Clarksburg, Rick McCloy (Julie) of Lumberport, Karen Bailey of Ohio, Althea "Punk" Starkey of Stonewood, Ruby Farley of Belington, Donita Gragg (Eddie) of Clarksburg, Donna Blair (Larry) of Anmoore and Janie Yoak (Okey) of Stonewood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home (201 Edison St, Nutter Fort, WV 26301). A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at the Stonewall Park Cemetery (201 Edison St, Nutter Fort, WV 26301).
