He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Frame and Dora Frame; his wife Phyllis Jean Frame; and his siblings, Junior, Bill, Charles, Richard, Dorothy, Rosalie, Velmer, Martha, Arlie and Paula.
He is survived by: his daughter Diana Sparks (Joe); his granddaughter Amie; and his great grandchildren, Katlin (Geoff) and Zach (Danny).
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Peoples Community Church Building Fund, 2809 Flatfork Road, Duck, WV 25063.
