He is survived by: his parents, Drema Gail Bragg Martin and Kyle Martin; his siblings, Jenny Martin, Danny Martin and Kirk Martin-Meadows; his aunts and uncles, Steve Martin, James Martin, Gary Surratt (Linda), Ida Surratt, Marilyn Kosturko (Dennis) and Nora Lee Martin; his caregivers, Savannah Green, Michelle Johnston and Jayden Williams; his close friends, Allen Martin-Meadows and Jason Love; and his friend Patrick Mullens.

Family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the funeral home to defray expenses.
