He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Spinks Elliott; his children, Michael Elliott (Tiffany) of Summit Point, Tracey Seal (Michael) of Kearneysville, Sherrie Haynes (William) of Harpers Ferry and Tammy Fultz (Donnie) of Charles Town; his siblings, Amiel Elliott and Joyce Elliott of Kearneysville; his grandchildren, Ashley, Shane, Phillip, Amanda, Michael Christopher, Brooke, Heaven, Bailey, Tristen, Logan and Haylee; and his great grandchildren, Addyson, Ezekiel, Caden, Tucker, McKinlee, Willow, Elaina, Colton, Zedekiah, Amora, Laine, Summer and Sierra.
