He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Winklepleck and Juanita Winklepleck; his son Scott; and his sister LeighAnn Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Maria Concepcion Baldwin; his sons, Michael Alan and Eric Todd; his granddaughter Lily Grace; his brother-in-law Kevin Carpenter; and his sibling's children, Briana, Matthew, Zachary and Elijah. He is also survived by close friends in the N-SSA, coworkers and friends.
