He is survived by: his significant other Peggy Williams Tolley; his children, Charles David Tolley II of Surveyor and Teanna Marie Tolley Collins of Surveyor; his grandchildren, Noah Clayton Collins, Allen Cole Collins and Nevaeh Faith Tolley; and his brother-in-law Randy Dillon (Jim Ayers) of Sandlick.
