It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank James Owens Sr. of Surveyor, West Virginia, born in Wyoming, West Virginia, who passed away on August 2, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Owens and Mabel Tilley Owens; his son Frank James Owens Jr.; and his brothers, Eddie and Charles Owens.

He is survived by: his wife Alice Jones Owens; his daughter Debbie Hatfield (Jackie) of Welch; and his siblings, Gene Owens of Bolt, WV, Carlos Owens (Roberta) of Chicago, IL and Rhonda Owens of Grandview.
