He was predeceased by: his parents, David Thomas Johnson and Helen Louise Meade Johnson; and his wife Marie. He is survived by: his siblings, Ricky Johnson (Phyllis) of Bluefield, WV, Ronnie Johnson (Tami) of Graham, NC and Linda Saunders (Ronnie) of Trinity, NC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
