She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Wilburn (William) and Lisa Neil (Kenneth); her siblings, Peggy Martin and Gary Cogar (Rose); her grandchildren, Michele McIntyre (Mike), Jennifer Pierson (Deric), Chris Spencer (Cheyenne) and Jessica Spencer (Addison Zirkle); and her great grandchildren, Devin Neil, Hunter Richards, Alex and Zack Pierson.
