He is survived by: his wife Julia Manning; his daughters, Lisa (Neil Austen) of Beckley and Sherri (Randy Ellis) of Daniels; his stepgrandchildren, Jerry Austen and Emma Austen; his great grandchildren, Madelyn and Kierstin Clemens; and his siblings, Ann Maben of Baltimore, MD, Patrick Manning (Jeannie) of York, PA and Nathan Manning (Sara) of Surveyor. He is also survived by his brothers, father-in-law, son-in-law, and grandsons.
