It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Ruth Dodrill of Sutton, West Virginia, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick Hayden Gerwig and Avis Ruth Gerwig of Exchange, WV.; her son Carl Dotson Dodrill, III; her husband Carl Dotson Dodrill, Jr.; her brother Charles Gerwig; and her parents-in-law, Reverend Carl Dodrill, Sr. and Ethel Dodrill.

She is survived by : her siblings, Brenda Jarvis, Carol Wallace (John), Gary Gerwig (Polly) and Mark Gerwig (Candy); and her sister-in-law Judy Gerwig (Charles). She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
