It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grant Shaw Jr. of Sutton, West Virginia, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Grant William Shaw, Sr.; his sons, Jackie Bruce Shaw and Jeffrey Wayne Shaw; and his siblings, David Duane Shaw, Jerry C. Shaw, John W. Shaw, Edna Shaw and Patricia Payne.

He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Spaur Shaw; his sons, William Anthony "Tony" Shaw (Peggy E.) of Delaware and Michael "Mike" Shaw (Peggy S.) of Summersville; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Edgar Shaw of Sutton; and his siblings, Russell Shaw (Phoebe) of Sutton, Virginia Mae Johnson of Sutton, Emogene Payne of Sutton and Elizabeth Utt of Sutton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
