He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Frame and Lavoe Frame; and his brother Rick Frame. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Joshua Frame of Byesville, OH and Allison Frame of Sutton, WV.; and his grandchildren, AnnaJo (Josh) and Kristopher (Allison).
