He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jude Sr. and Minta Jude (Simpson); his wife Shirley Jude (Hatfield); his son Scott "Rocky" Seafeldt; and his siblings, John Jude Jr., Jack Jude Sr., Roy Jude Sr., Sonny Jude Sr., Dexter Jude Sr., Rex Jude, Judy Jude and Beulah Jude.

He is survived by: his siblings, Jesse Jude Sr., Martha Adkins (Lgleason) and Naomi Harrison; his niece Amy Jude; and his caregiver Emily Pack. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
