He was predeceased by: his parents, Lutisha Crane and Connell Marcum; and his brothers, Connell Ray Marcum and Roy Marcum. He is survived by: his children, Shaelynn Shuck (Nathan), Lewis Marcum Jr. and Cassi Thomas (Levi); his sister Melissa Ellis (Chris); and his grandchildren, David Shuck, Isabella Shuck and Kynslee Shuck.
