She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas Phillips and Angie Parsade Burke Phillips; and her husband Frank Evans. She is survived by: her caregiver Rose Hale (David) of Sarah Ann; her son Dale Evans (Edith) of Barberton, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Franklin Evans (late Kelly), Vickie Brown (Troy), Serena Bradley (late Jason), Carrie Waller (Tony), Chris Hale (Rachael), Billy Evans and Mike Evans; her great grandchildren, Tyler Evans, Zachary Evans, Andrew Bradley, Jacob Egnor, Alex Bradley and Haden Brown; and her daughter-in-law Lily Evans (Angie Phillips Graham).
