He was predeceased by : his parents, Isom Perdue and Emerald Perdue (Davis); his sons, Chad Isom Perdue and Paul David Perdue Jr.; his sister Betty Francis Horton; and his siblings-in-law, Earnest "Shot" Browning, Kenneth Browning, Billy Ray Browning, James "Arnold" Browning, Curtis "Roger" Browning, Katherine Browning and Barbara "Sue" Browning Hale.

He is survived by : his wife Toni Rose Perdue (Browning); his siblings-in-law, Naomi "Peewee" Browning Hensley, Judy Browning Stamper (Ray), Shirley Browning Tomblin and Ora Lee Browning (Rhonda); his nieces and nephews, Hollie Lukacs (David), Tonya Marcum, Shylah Maynard (Jordan), Tony "Buster" Blair and Wayne Blair; his grandchildren, Mia, Maevery and Maynard; and his cousin Barry Lee Adkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (5452 Jerry W Hwy, Switzer, WV 25647). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at the Highland Memory Gardens (42 Highland Memory Ln, Chapmanville, WV 25508).
