We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2022, at the age of 93, Dorothy Mae Ball of Tad, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Ball; her son Dale Ball; her sister Mary Ethel Haynes; and her parents, George Haynes and Hattie Haynes.

She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Levenson So Charleston (Bill Dale), Doreen Lanyi Charleston (Lanny) and Donna Mahaffey (Patrick) of Ohio; her daughter-in-law Carole Ball; her grandson Nicholas Ball; and her caregivers, Barbara, Missie, Melissa, Sharon, Debbie and Julie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Care, 1606 Kanawha Blvd, W, Charleston, WV 25312 or Kanawha County Humane Association, 1248 Greenbrier Street, Charleston, WV 25311.
